Most likley not ringworm then I've had it before if you can get to a pharmacy or Walmart ect get hydrocorisone cream and apply it 2-3 times a day it will clear up

Looks similar, but I have never seen it with a dot in the center.

Good luck!! Do you guys have ticks where you live? It almost looks like the bullseye rash you get from a tick with Lyme disease.
