Looks like it to me.

The pic is not very clear but is it crusty around the ring it looks like bites because of the dot in the middle

Not crusty. Not itchy.
Spreading though.
So idk.
Pediatrician in a few but I just wanted ideas.

Most likley not ringworm then I've had it before if you can get to a pharmacy or Walmart ect get hydrocorisone cream and apply it 2-3 times a day it will clear up

Might be hives

Looks similar, but I have never seen it with a dot in the center.

Good luck!! Do you guys have ticks where you live? It almost looks like the bullseye rash you get from a tick with Lyme disease.
Hope you find out what it is and it gets better quickly!
