I take Ab Cuts Sleek and Lean formula which does have them in it, but I don't know that they do much. There are a lot of good things in Ab Cuts so I'm really not sure.

I am currently taking raspberry ketones. I am slightly disappointed so far, but I'm going to keep taking them because some people said they didn't start noticing a difference until a little while after taking them. I am also working out and *trying* to eat healthier..but lately that isn't working out too well..ugh
