VItamin B Complex

So I started taking this to help with weight loss. It's just vitamins, no scary weight loss drug or anything, it's supposed to give you energy and help boost your metabolism. So far I've lost 2 pounds with out changing what I was already doing. My sister lost like...7 pounds her first week on them.

Has anyone else taken it for weight loss? How'd it go for you?

I have with abdominal cuts worked great

We give it to cats to give them energy and to increase appetite....obviously you are not a cat since you are loosing weight, lol! Congrats!
