I get cabin fever too... its too damn hot here to go outside. Especially with a little baby but its finally starting to cool down. Next week its supposed to be down to the 90's soooo excited!!!

Cause I dont want to drive. The city bus takes me where ever I need to go. And its way cheaper.

Main reason's are: I dont like being in car's to begin with. I have tried driving befor when younger (my sil was teaching me) it just was not for me. I didnt like it.

I have never heard of a lemon law! I think there may be a 30 day trial but we aren't able to buy a car for me just yet. We will need a few months to pay off our truck and build up a downpayment for my car.I am interested in public transportation, I'm a little scared of it. I've never done it before and I have seen the buses completely packed from college students, and I feel I might get lost but I am not opposed to trying it'!!!

haha oh honey i wish i had you here too! I know a lot of people/ moms around here... i grew up here. but they are in working/ in school..etc.. too busy for us. I have done crafts out the butt and played every game i can imagine. there are always more things to play but good lord, we women need other adult conversation so we feel human. I barily see my husband because he works so late. talking to a 5 year old all day.. lord i think i might be loosing brain cells. I sure do know my colors and numbers well though.

well that's okay if you are okay with that! glad you have the bus system. Maybe she wasn't a great teacher haha and you can try again one day. You might be a wreck when your youngin has to drive at 16. My mom held onto the car door like i was going 90 ... and I wasn't going but maybe 35 haha

Not sure if works if you bought it from someone else than the manufacturer. It seems "coincidental" that it died a few days after you bought it. It prob broke down and they did a half ass temporary fix. I know in Alaska thats illegal. I believe that it has to run for at least 6 weeks or you can sue.

I lost my license 2 years ago and just now have the money to fix it. I used to go everywhere everyday now I can't do anything but sit inside or walk around the apartment complex.....it sucks! My so works night shift and my ds goes to school during the day. Oh and to top it off i'm stuck here with my so mother all day who also doesn't have a license......I feel your pain!

No, I wont be wreck at all. I cant wait she is 10 now well my oldest and has been saving her paper route money and allowence for her lisence and a car since she was about 7 yrs old lol she already has 2500 or so in her account for it too. lol Mind you it would be more if she would stop buying Monster High Dolls at 50.00 bucks a pop, or earrings, she is obsessed with earrings lol, she just bought 45.00 worth of earrings off ebay last night. lol

Looks like it only applies if the manufacturer is the seller. I wish we could have done something legally...

Oh my gosh, yeah I'd be going crazy with my mom here haha It's hard to want to get up early when I know I have an entire day of being stuck at home. The past week since I posted this and talked to my husband he has been able to get a ride from a co worker a couple of times so that I have the truck all day. Today though we have about 18 dollars after paying bills until next week and I don't want to use any gas.. boooo!
