Court? fill a new BC out?

Start with a paternity test.

You'd have to go to court AND the father would have to agreee


If a judge would even let that happen (it's rare)

A BC is just a piece of paper. It means nothing.

you cant... you have to prove that he isnt his father and that you frauded him.

I don't believe you can. He can surrender his rights as a parent but I think he will always be on the birth certificate.

as far as i know you can because in canada you have the choice of wheather or not you want him on the birth certificate or not.......i put him on because it wasnt a problem before but now it has turned into one big headache

You can only choose not to put one one. You can change the person you have put on thought once you have done a peternaty test
