NO WAY I'm 196 lbs.

posted 19th Sep
I do NOT feel that big.   I keep saying I'm going to start working out...then I don't. BUT I plan on it tomorrow. Right after SO leaves for work and the kiddo is in bed. I'll have no excuse.

Well I just went and took before pictures...then weighed myself and it said 196. That thing HAS to be off. There is no way. NO WAY. I'm usually around 175-180. I haven't gone up in any size clothes either. Everything still fits the same as the last time I weighed myself. What the smurf?!

Here's the pictures. (I'm 5'5 and a half. lol) *Don't mind the kiddo. She had to copy me.   *

Yes, I'm wearing Mickey Mouse panties. What of it?

I mean, not to be rude, but I can see 196 lbs being possible especially if you're only 5'5"... I'm 5'3" and I know what I look like at that weight.

Start counting calories (MyFitnessPal is great) and working out. I recommend The 30 Day Shred for sure and/or Zumba if you have a Wii or other game console. I love Zumba.

I started at 220+ lbs and now weigh about 170lbs, so you can totally do it.

LOL the little girl copying you is cute!

Maybe your scales are broke!

But you do look like someone who "carries" your weight well, so to speak. In these pics, anyway.

Good luck with working out! I need to lose a few lbs myself, ack.

I just don't get how I'm still wearing the same clothes and they are fitting the same if I've gained 15lbs, ya know? (Not those pants. It's wash day that's why we're here. These are small pants. lol)

And I have a MFP account...but I have no clue how to use it.   I have 30 DS and zumba and brazilian butt lift and a crap ton of yoga and pilates dvds to try now. I did 30 DS last time and got down to this.

That's at 165.

I think the scale doesn't matter. If you like what you see (and you are beautiful!) then I'd shrug off the scale. Are you happy? Do you feel healthy? Do you like what you see? Then don't worry if the scale is right or not hun.

Yeah you look great there. Get back at it. You can do it!

I can make my clothes fit up to like 20 lbs if I really want to be in denial about what I've gained... I mean if your clothes fit about the same, then just tone up. 30 Day Shred is great for that.
