Update on my 36 weeker

Lylah was born at 4 lbs 13 oz & she is now 4 months old & weighs 13 lbs 12 oz, she is catching up so well

my son was born at 35 weeks 4lbs 5 ounces. brought him home at 3 lbs 5 ounces and now at 6 months he is 14 pounds =] Congrats mama ur LO is doing so well
