Yes its a dvd. I did it once fully through the 30 days. I def seen results my hubby said i looked ripped haha. I felt way more toned and had way more energy. The first week was hell...My legs hurt, my ass hurt. And you have to keep doing the workout when all your muscles are hurting but after about 3/4 days they stop hurting. The worst part of the dvd is it just gets really boring after a while...But it is only 24 mins. There is 3 levels you do each level for 10 days, Or if you dont think you are ready to go up a level you just stick with the one your at. All you need for it is some weights. I used 3lb ones. Throughout the dvd some of the parts she does were really hard for me, so when i got to level 2 instead of doing one part that i would always stop on cause it was too hard i would just take a diff part that i liked doing and do it at that point in the dvd. Theres one part where you do a side lunge kinda thing and lift your arms up to your eyes holding them straight out with weights in your hand...i hated that one, so i always did the one rep then put something in its place when i couldnt handle it any longer.
