Thats awesome, keep it up. When i went on my workout kick i did the 30 day shred. its only like 24 minutes so its perfect for us sahm's. It really hurts the first week. I could barely sit on the toilet or go down stairs. But then the pain goes away and it gets easier

Do you have the actual DVD(I guess?) or did you watch it online? Jw, because I googled it to see how much it was and there's a "Level 1" on youtube.
Did you see any good results with it? I was gonna start watching some work out vids on Netflix, but they took them down or something.

Take progress pics of yourself, that'll help you keep your motivation as you can see yourself losing. Sometimes you can't always see it in the mirror ya know?

Agreed about the 30 day shred, its for people with time crunches, but it's a bitch and hard to stick to.

I took some pictures last night before I did the wrap thing.
I'm think about taking them weekly. Assuming I can stick to it this time. I always exercise for a week then just stop. I feel good about it this time though!

Yes its a dvd. I did it once fully through the 30 days. I def seen results my hubby said i looked ripped haha. I felt way more toned and had way more energy. The first week was hell...My legs hurt, my ass hurt. And you have to keep doing the workout when all your muscles are hurting but after about 3/4 days they stop hurting. The worst part of the dvd is it just gets really boring after a while...But it is only 24 mins. There is 3 levels you do each level for 10 days, Or if you dont think you are ready to go up a level you just stick with the one your at. All you need for it is some weights. I used 3lb ones. Throughout the dvd some of the parts she does were really hard for me, so when i got to level 2 instead of doing one part that i would always stop on cause it was too hard i would just take a diff part that i liked doing and do it at that point in the dvd. Theres one part where you do a side lunge kinda thing and lift your arms up to your eyes holding them straight out with weights in your hand...i hated that one, so i always did the one rep then put something in its place when i couldnt handle it any longer.

The wraps are only to lose water weight, they dehydrate your cells. Don't rely on those for any type of permanent weight loss

Oh, no. It was just a "try and see" thing. I think that's what actually made me ready to get into shape. SO took a front and side picture of me, and something just clicked in my head. I've already done 2 seperate mini workouts today, and I'm about to go on a walk.
