His mom? BD lives with his mom.

BD doesn't live with DD. And hasn't since she was 1 month old and said he "wanted to bring guns over to our apartment but was afraid of what he would do." Since than I knew he wasn't stable.

Oh, sorry, yes, that's what I meant, if BD lives with his mom.

Unless the court saw a reason for his mom to not be the supervisor, since they live together... not much you can do.
