Flu Shot

Do you vaccinate your children but don't do a flu shot? My grandma did some research and passed it along and the things we found out about the flu shot makes me NOT want to get or have my kids get one. I am going to do some more research myself now but just wondering what you do when it comes to the flu shot

We totally vax on schedule, but I don't make a seperate appt to go in and get her the flu shot. If I happen to be in the office and they offer it, I'd get it for her, but I won't go out of my way for me.

I don't think she's had a flu shot since she was 2. Maybe not even then

I've never had one, dd has never had one and neither will ds.

We do everything, except flu shots.

DD has only had one flu shot and it was because she had to have one to go to her daycare. We never got flu shots growing up. I'm not against them, though.

I HAVE to get one and don't really have a choice because of my line of work.

If you do not get one then you have to wear a mask on your face at work all day long and that would really blow big donkey balls! 7am-7pm with a mask on my face..... yeah I think not.

Not sure if my son will get one or not this year.

My kids have never had the flu shot, but since my son started preschool I might consider it. Could you pass along the research?

I've had it in the past because I worked at a school. I hadn't planned on giving it to my boys but with my oldest getting the croup all the time, and preschool being a germ feast, it might be in his best interest to get it.

We delay vaccinations, but my daughter will have everything, except flu and chickenpox.

I left the paper work at my grandma's but I will try to get it from her or the website she got it off of.

My son is up to date on his vaccinations, but we don't do any type of flu vaccines or chicken pox.
