It truly is, I was feeling pretty amazing since I really wanted an all natural birth and got that.. I went a step ahead and it ended up being an all natural unassisted birth since she decided to come out when no one was in my room but SO lol It happened really fast and I couldnt hold her back lol

hmm lets see. steel cut oats flaxseed lots of water and hydration mothers milk tea,it can cause gas though in the baby, oh dont eat fiber one bars they have chicory root i heard it can screw with things too!. be easy on dairy for a little bit to make sure baby is cool with it. Ive never met you BUT IM SO PROUD OF YOU!

milk you freeze the first month or so will have colostrum which may give a baby the runs after the one month mark so be easy on it try to alternate it with frozen milk after that mark. colostrum helps remove meconium. it wont hurt the baby though

Yayyy! I know how yo feel mynipples were flat so DS would latch and with the nipple shield he bf all day. I think I did it wrong though cause it always hurt.

Bf setbacks happen when your lo is a NICU baby we have had and still having issues..ugh but I keep saying to,myself some bm is better than none. Good work momma best wishes

i think i jinxed myself cause two feedings last night she was so upset n frustrated i tried for an hour before giving her a bottle of my milk. but today she is back to doing wonderful!!!

I think we both were, I was kicking myself for bottle feeding her though but Im glad she is back on the boob today.
