My SO has wet the bed twice this year...

Ok so last night my SO wet the bed for the 2nd time while with me, we have been together for 2 years and he did this last september for the first time, and of course he was embaressed, but then he just did it again last night and he was very upset and told me this only ever happens when hes been with me.. And the last time he wet the bed was when he was in elementary school because he used to have a problem with wetting the bed,
What im trying to figure out is if sometime may trigger it? any opinions ?

Has he discussed this with a dr? Incontinence is usually caused by something. Does he sleep really deep? Hard to wake? I've never heard of a healthy young man wetting the bed.

Is there anything that happened during September when he was younger that might make him anxious during this time?

My dad wet the bed when he was taking sleeping pills. Is he on any medications at the moment?

My SO actually did this when we first got together. He said he was dreaming of peeing and bam, woke up in piss. Lol I thought it was hilarious. Can't make him feel bad, it happens.

Most def something can trigger it he should see his doctor and talk to him.

My dad died December 1st and every year around that time, I pee the bed.
I don't know why or when im going to do it, just happens

Don't make him feel bad, whatever you do. Is he drinking a lot before bed? I actually pissed myself camping once... was the most embarrassing smurf I've ever experienced in my life. Ugh.... long story. My SO wet the bed through middle school, it was mainly triggered by him being made fun of all the time. Maybe your SO has something on his mind?

I would talk about it. If it happens like when you have that dream, when you are going to the bathroom, then you realize you are in bed, yet some people dont realize. Then I would say that its not biggie. But if its something he doesn't know why maybe talk to the dr.

I used to wet the bed until I was about 13. I used to have REALLY deep sleep! Ever since very rarely I would be dreaming of pissing on the toilet but I would wake up as soon as I started to pee and ran to the bathroom. I am a much lighter sleeper than before, I used to literally fall off the bed and stay there. He was probably really tired those days.

I never make fun of him for it, but i feel relley bad and want to help him get over it... i just think something is triggering it, he used to wet the bed threw middle school also, he had to wear diapers to bed. but i dont think its because of him drinking fluids before bed because he always does n it doesnt happen.. i havent talked to him about it yet, i just dont know what to say, like its really awkward but i dont get mad either

I wouldn't bring it up unless he does. I'm sure he's so embarrassed and wants to forget it happened. So pretend with him

I peed the bed like twice when I was pregnant  
My body is weird and will tell me with dreams that I have to pee and try to get me to wake up (I'll dream about a bathroom with no doors or I can't find a bathroom in my dream or someone will be in the bathroom with me and I can't go etc) and I peed when I ignored those dreams.
