No. BMI Is just whether you're overweight or not. If you're at their website, you need to pay to get the program information. However, if yu do a search online you can find basically all of it for free.

You'll have a certain number of points to eat every day based on your sex, weight, and height. Then you'll have some weekly (49 points) as well to use as you want during the week. Everything yuo eat has a point value. The value is based on fat, carb, fiber, and protein. Stay within your point value and you'll lose weight!

I love it because it's easy, and I never feel deprived. I never feel like I am missing out. Heck, even if I want cake or something, I just plan it in an use my weekly points. Also, you earn extra points with exercise, and most fruits and veggies are 0 points, so you can snack on them.

I suggest going to meetings if you can afford it and have the time, beacuse I find they keep me motivated and accountable.

If I were you, I would just watch my portions and make healthy eating choices. Also, you do need to increase your physical activity. In order to shed lbs you have to build muscle. Muscle burns fat. Start with some aerobics or even a light weight training. Nothing to bulk up but to tone and sculpt. While you are toning and sculpting you will burn fat and get your figure back at the same time.

My daughters first birthday party is Saturday so I'm going to start calorie counting after that because I'm not making all that food to not enjoy it! Lol and I started going to the gym in the beginning of September so hopefully once I start the diet, between the gym and that ill make progress

You can start your weight loss diet plan by making weekly meal plan. This will help you a lot in counting your average calorie consumption and than according to this make your own workout plan. After every week check your results, if you don't find any improvement by this plan than you can change your calorie consumption accordingly.

A great place to start is with the dukan low carb diet. It's pretty famous and if you like some structure without something too impractical to follow, this is perfect. I have to say though, diet plans are all about the resolve, you have to stay committed at every meal. All the best!
