Yoga

Anyone know any sites or is there any videos on youtube you recommend for pregnancy yoga? I need to stretch, baby is sitting on my sciatic and killing me. I have been taken off running and biking. So i need SOMETHING to do.

TBH, yoga hasn't helped my sciatica at all. BUT, I'm sure you can go to youtube and type "pregnancy yoga" and get plenty of videos.

I found some photos on pintrest, and they really helped! The videos on you tube weren't that great one helped but not nearly like the ones I pinned on pintrest.
