exercise routine would you suggest for the newly pregnant? I didnt exercise much my last pregnancy, just walking. I have cut all pop from my diet, have been eating more veggies, and barely any sweets as i just dont like them when im pregnant. I want to exercise every day this pregnancy, and be as healthy as i can, and im hoping that will help with sciatica, back pain, and round ligament pain. I know these things are hardly preventable 100% but i have heard exercise helps minimize it. Besides i have an almost eight month old and i want the energy to be able to keep up with my dd while pregnant, then both babies when this one arrives. Im only around five weeks.
