I do believe there is the source of all life we refer to as God but I don't believe the creator is a product of any one religion or any religion. I also believe we have the god self within that is a part of the creator and that at the core we are at one with the creator but as humans we live in the illusion of being separate from God but it is all a part of the ultimate plan allowing ourselves to have earthly experiences that cannot be experienced in our true state so we forget who we are while we are here and each time we reincarnate. To answer the 2nd question I don't believe more people are becoming atheist but rather more people are going away from the religion of their upbringing. As we evolve we become more likely to find our own truths rather than take someone elses word for it such as preachers.

I believe in God, but I believe he/she is like a diamond. Many faces to one being. A diamond is one object, but has many different facets that can glimmer and shine in different ways.

That's why there are so many gods/goddesses throughout time. It is all the same god appearing and reaching out to people in a way that works for them.

Humans are the one who misconstrue his/her teachings and love. We created religion, not God.

That being said, I don't think there are "more" atheists, people are just able to be open about it now.

Many. I worship four daily and up to 14 when appropriate.

Yes I believe in God. I don't go word by word from the bible though. My mom was raised Catholic. My dad was raised Christian.
They raised me with no religion.

I am an atheist but I don't especially think being an atheist is becoming more 'popular'. I guess it's becoming more acceptable to openly be one..... kinda like being openly gay hahahaha.
There was a time that if you openly said you didn't believe in God then you must be the antichrist or evil. I think more people realise that atheists can and mostly are peaceful, loving people who just want to live their lives and have chosen not to believe in a God.

I don't believe in god any more than I believe in santa clause and the tooth fairy and unicorns.

I think it's plausible it could swing either way. And to clarify what I believe is plausible. I believe a creator is plausible. Not the bible.

So I would say i'm agnostic.

i was raised Catholic and taught to believe in the Christian God. now that i'm an adult, i dont believe in the Christian God, but i dont necessarily believe in a different one(s) either. does that make sense?

I believe is a few gods and goddesses, not the Christian one. The gods/goddesses I believe in aren't superior over humans, they work with us through nature.
