What kind of things do you and your ex have in your custody agreement?
my ex and i only days of the week & times
I'm going to be moving and we need to do another custody agreement , we are meeting tomorrow night to discuss .....

things like
child support
travel costs
where he will go to school
medical insurance
holidays
birthdays
communication with the other parent when he is not with them


what else? important factors ...

Looks like you got it all momma my hubby would be in heaven if he had all that with his baby momma but we find out everything on facebook ie like him hurting himself and needing to go to the er. I say just make sure even tho you will be living further away keep in contact with eachother when it has to do with ure LO. Keep up the CO-Parneting it helps out ALOT for mom, dad, and the child(ern) incvolved.

Make sure that you both agree on the kinds of medical care that you with to have and discuss foods and punishments.. all the basics. Its surprising how you think that they have the common sense to be doing the right thing or at least trying to but this is not always the case. My step son has no idea that there are meant to be veggies and fruit in his diet, he also believes that he has to be taking antibiotics to not be sick.
Amazing how they say they are going to take care of these thnigs but unless you have it in writting there are sooo many things that they out right deny.
Cover EVERYTHING that you can think of !!!   Good Luck
