unisom ?

im haveing trouble sleeping , tosing an turning every couple of mins and then when i finially get comfortable i have to pea. my doctors gave me a sheet of all the medication i can take for head aches and what not annd unisom is on the list for feeling sick and stuff, but someone told me when they were pregnant they used unisom and they feel right to sleep...
has any one else used unisom and is it really safe ?

It's a sleep aid. Yes u can take it during preg.

yes you can take it during pregnancy. it helps with "morning sickness". I take 1/2 a pill every night at bed time. if I don't then I'm puking all day.
