What time of day do you workout? I want to do cardio, because thats the sure way to burn fat, but cardio = big sweaty mess. I cannot start my day without a shower, and I would not be able to stick to an excercise plan that includes morning excercise. I do however like working out in the afternoon. But then everything gets all gross and sweaty and I need another shower. Two showers a day seems excessive, plus we are trying to save power. So how do you do it if you like morning showers and afternoon excercise?
I used to do it at night. lately i've been doing it early in the morning before showering. then i come home shower, and my day begins.
eta: there is no way i'd workout and not shower after, so even though you hate mornings thats your best bet. do u go to the gym? mine has showers, so u could do afternoons and save power if u wanted to shower there.
