30 Day shred question !

posted 17th Sep
Im 10 months PP and want to loose some weight and get fitter i sick of the sight of my body now and feel like i need to change !

Anyways i heard about the 30 day shred, watch it online and thought the exercises were brilliant and i really want to do it. However there is no way i can do this everyday for 30 days straight, as some days i work from 7am -10pm. So do you think it is worth doing it like 3-4days a week or is this something you really should do in 30 days straight ?

TIA

Just do it as much as you can, but to get maximum results she wants you to do it 30 days as well as a diet. Like she says in the video. I did it 30 days straight once and it made me way firmer everywhere, the first week was brutal i was so sore...then after week 2 it just became a part of my day and sometimes i even did it twice a day cause i was seeing that much results. Ive tried to do it many times since then and i usually make it about 5 days and quit haha. Good luck to you!

Thanks mumma   i used to be a gym addicted, like seriously scary how much time i would spend in the gym, But now i just dont have the time to go. And i know it sounds weird but i like the pain from working out as then i know ive actually worked my muscles and done some hard work.

However much i would love to do this is 30 days straight there is just no possible way i can do it. But thanks mumma im going to proceed with my plan then and do it as much a possible .

going to take photos too so i can hopefully see results, i will keep everyone updated

Yeah it is tough to get it done once a day. I dont even work adn sometimes i had trouble getting it done. But doing it 4 times a week it better than doing nothing i say!

I have done the 30DS faithfully and I lost 13 lbs. You don't have to do it for 30 days straight. You can do it 5 days a week and take the weekends off. That's what I did. It's only a 30 minute workout so you can find 30 minutes out of your day to do it. It's hard at first and you'll be sore for a week, but after that it will be much easier.
