i used to be a gym addicted, like seriously scary how much time i would spend in the gym, But now i just dont have the time to go. And i know it sounds weird but i like the pain from working out as then i know ive actually worked my muscles and done some hard work.
However much i would love to do this is 30 days straight there is just no possible way i can do it. But thanks mumma im going to proceed with my plan then and do it as much a possible .
going to take photos too so i can hopefully see results, i will keep everyone updated
