to lose weight, PLEASE check this out. I have posted it on many weightloss threads bc I really want everyone who is trying to lose weight , to see it. I came across this today and I REALLY-TRULY feel inspired to lose this weight, I am NOT starting tomorrow, I am starting NOW. I am so happy at what I came across, and sorry for being a post whore, I just had to share. Sometimes it just takes comeing across that one GREAT inspiration to get you believing YOU CAN do it.
