Child support NC

Does anyone know if the father is obligated to do more than pay support in NC? Like help buy clothes, diapers, ect? He pays right now 75 a week for 2 kids...i dont think that is all he should have to do compared to what I shell out on them! Not complaining but he pissed me off today because I told him the girls need fall clothes and he said "thats why I give you childsupport"! I hate him!

Nope child support is for just that diapers wipes clothes ect....


all my daughters clothes i got off site for cheap or fee a friend of mine passed me down what she had.

Daipers cost me 40 a month and if it were 2 kids 80 a month wipes i buy the dollar ones at walmart so that like 10 bucks i make everything cheap.


Try craigs list or thrift stores for clothes.

Child support I'd suppose to be for their needs so technically no he doesn't have to do more. He'll I had to give dds dad a carpet because he wouldn't buy one and I have to send a hairbrush toothbrush tooth paste and clothes with her every time she spends the night at his house.

That's what child support is FOR... diapers, food, the needs of the child. So he's right.... that's why he gives you child support.
