For breakfast I have 2 egg whites (smothered in hot sauce lol) and some kind of fruit (mostly melon). For morning snack I eat 100 calories of fat free cottage cheese with a raw veggie (cucumber and orange bell pepper are my favorites). For lunch I have steamed veggies (3/4 of my plate) with lemon and garlic salt (no butter) and a lean protein (baked tofu or a bocca patty with no bun) and brown rice. Afternoon snack is almost always soy beans, or hummus and veggies. For dinner it's about the same as lunch, but with a larger portion of protein, and I add a fat free dairy product to it. I eat no refined sugar, no white bread, I try to not eat bread at all really.
