i decidd not to breast feed anymore how do i quit poducing milk

Just quit breast feeding and it'll eventually go away.
You can't just stop it.

How long ago? It took about a week for my milk to go away and I never breastfed. It was painful as heck too!

You have to not do anything, pump or stimulate in any way, no matter how much it hurts.

I bound my breasts, but it was still painful.

Wear a tight fitting bra.

You've just got to let it dry up unfortunately. Your boobies will get huge and painful but do not express milk, you will only prolong the process (because expressed milk= more milk your body will produce to replace it). I don't know how long it takes but I can't imagine any more then a few days.
