I got my drains out today!! It didn't even hurt!!!

So I get to shower in 24 hrs and then I will post more pics without the yucky drains and the compression garment on!

But I am quite swollen, so my belly looks bigger than before, but I have NO stretchmarks that I can see!

My MIL just got a breast lift and tummy tuck, she is doing her legs/bottom in January. She lost over 100 lbs since 2009! Seeing this makes me want time to hurry so I can get my tummy tuck done. 2 c-sections ruined my tummy too. I got down to 136 when my daughter was 6 months old, and no matter how hard I worked out or toned, I have this disgusting flap of skin that just hangs there. I hate it.

I was finally able to take a shower last night (YAY!!) so I took a couple of pics.










As you can see I am still super swollen. I gained over 10 lbs from the surgery and I have lost 5 of it.

And the scar and belly button seem high, but they will drop as the muscles and skin relaxes and the swelling goes away. Same with my breasts. As you can see I have a lot of upper boob and they are TIGHT. They are actually the only things that hurt right now. I am able to stand up straight this morning too!!

I am just taking tylenol at night. I feel even better than I did after c sections! And really the breasts are like being engorged.

The one thing I didn't know happened was my boobs make noise   There are air bubbles in there and they do actually sound like they are burping   even my 4 year old has heard it at told me to say excuse me lol


I get my stitches out in a week. I think that it a big part of why it hurts to lift my arms. And then I can SHAVE! I feel like a hippy lol

when I first spoke to you in another thread, this was totally who I had in my head of who to go to in MN!

So I am a bit upset. I am super duper swollen, and I weigh 7 lbs more than pre surgery, and my waist is 4 inches bigger, and my hips are 2 inches bigger. I can't fit into my jeans either. I know I am only 12 days out, but I feel so good, so I feel I should be healing faster!


But I have some new pics I took this past weekend at 10 day post-op








My breasts are much softer, and have dropped a bit (the right a bit more than the left). The swelling is gone in them too, so I went to get fitted for a bra. 34G is the official size! I love them.


You can see as well that I did flatten out some in the stomach, and the incision is moving down. When I am all healed that will be lower than where my c section scar was!


I am getting all the stitches out tomorrow. And I am excited for that. The ones in my underarms are itchy and they pull when I lift my arms.

well, from the pictures, I gotta say that it is a good thing that you demanded bigger implants-- they do not look too big on your body at all! sure, the high and tight thing is going on, but as you heal I think they will look perfect on your frame.
