Really annoying.

So my daughter's father went to the court house so he could get visitation, and I am still waiting for the letter. Meanwhile he says he is going to come see her and then still doesn't show up. Yesterday he was supposed to come see her and today he is supposed to see her as well. I texted him to see if he was going to see her today and nothing. Yesterday he had some dumb excuse. It really bothers me that he can't take it seriously, like how in the hell does he plan to follow a visitation order when he can't even come see her on his own and always has excuses? It just gets really annoying. I try to be cool with him and he does that smurf. Ugh....

If he sets up visitations and doesn't go by them I think you have grounds to take them away...not 100% on that though.

wow what a waste of your time, waiting around for him to make up his mind day after day, how can you treat seeing your daughter like its some errand you can keep putting off or something

I mean, I don't get why he feels the need to set up visitation any ways, I let him see her when ever, but I guess it might be for the better to have visitation set up so he can't keep doing what he does. He thinks that it is ok to see her once every few months, and it isn't.

I feel your pain! My oldest is almost 7 and his dad is a huge pain in my ass. We have had a court ordered agreement since James was 1 but the smurf still can't follow it. He never takes James on his scheduled weekends, calls last minute (like 1–2 hours ahead of time) when he decides he wants James then flips out if I say no because we have plans, doesn't try to get rides to bring James back until last minute, never calls to talk to him, etc. I wish it wasn't like this but he can't just grow the smurf up. Lol I've posted a few times about his dumb smurf.

Exactly! He doesn't get why it makes me so upset. I think it is so smurfed up he does that, she doesn't deserve that.   He claims he loves her so much yet she is last on his priorities.

I need to ale him back to odiferous the custody. The problem is I need a lawyer first because our custody case is up in another county where we used to live and I need a lawyer to file to get it moved to where we both live now. Idk if they'll do anything or nt but I hope they do. Smurf, he was in jail for a year from 2010 to 2011 and the people for that court told me it doesn't matter, he still has his visitation the same after he was released which was bullsmurf. If he didn't get on work release I wouldn't have gotten the lame excuse for child support that he pays because that court was going to drop it because he didn't have the means to pay then I would've had to re-file after he got out. How is it my kids fault that his dad is a loser? That was smurfed up. Yet the visitation rights don't go away because he went to jail. How is that ok? He should've lost his rights until he got out and took me back to court.

Oh I know. There are people out there who have attempted murder and have gotten out of jail and have full custody of their kids. The court really doesn't give a smurf sadly.

It is sad. I really wish he'd just leave us alone but his mom runs him and wouldn't allow it. He won't call or see James for two months then call again after his mom finds out he didn't see him in how long. She's a piece of work too.

Yeah, his mom acts like she cares but she just wants to look like a good grandma.
