Sing song and lilting voice in a 4 yo

I just got the full report back from Cora's evaluations

Every one of the people she saw specifically mentioned her singsong or lilting voice. One doctor called it Disney-esque

They don't go on to say anything else about it

Is it a bad thing? Cora loves to sing and make up her own songs and now that I've seen them mention it, she does do it a lot.

I'm just not sure what it means
