twin loss how does one not stress?

Well, I've been spotting since over a week it all kind of came today. I tried not to think of it. But last night I had to go to the ER. I thougt I lost both there was so much blood still is. I can't really think I'll be pregnant after this but supposedly the remaining one seems perfectly healthy. The last time I came in though I was perfectly healthy supposedly. I'm 8 weeks right now. I just can't relax. All I feel is anxiety this one will leave me alone. I know stress isnt good added to all the stress I have but I can't seem to help but mourn. And I find it hard to be pregnant and lose a child. I guess at least I have this one but I can't help but worry how long? I can't even sleep I just wish I could fastfoward life right now if this one makes it. I JUST CAN't handle this emotional pain.

you may not have recognized ut efore this post I really hadn't been for a few hours. I was bleeding in the bathroom the time I was talking the first time I actually made this account because I was just sad I feel like my parents caused me to lose the ay I'm calm now. I didn't want to mention I was expecting twisn ecause like people tended to think that's a it much...

I'm so sorry to hear you lost one of the babies   I lost a set of twins in may 2010. You really really need to cut the stress down if you can at all, it's really bad for you and the remaining little one.
If you need an ear I'll try to help without judging or just to listen

First it was one baby, then magically two , then she ” lost” one and she was going to force on her parents the responsibility of the remaining one bc ” they can afford it ”. She sounds like she needs to be in school instead of online lying for sympathy. Smh
