Patience

Hi all. I love my daughter... There's no doubt... But she is autistic and very hard to control. I dont spank really but she is so naughty it seems... How can I get more patience? I cry at night because I'm sooo tired and it takes hours to get her to sleep... I know my moms on here can help me   Don't judge me... I have a tough job with my daughter.

My son is ADHD so I kinda know what you mean by handful... Sometimes I want to just up and run. I am watching for advice though...

It's so hard to handle disabilities... I definitely feel like running away a, lot... But i know my monkey needs me.
