But is it really considered being an RN if it's a training program and you haven't passed the NCLEX?

I know when my mom went through nursing School she never called herself an RN till she passed.

I don't know any hospital here that lets a 16 year old be a dental hygienist and RN in the US, or a 19 year old...especially with no degree whatsoever.

What is the name of the program you are going through because I am seriously interested.

In HS you can do stuff like this. I had a friend who got her CNA at 16.
