O.M.G...... Pain:(

I have had that pain and was in labor. It was quickly relieved by pushing the baby out.

It could. Your baby may be engaged. But typically if they are engaged and your body contracts you will start to dilate.

I hope so  this has been one of my hardest pregnancys

DD dropped at 27 weeks. It was hard to get out of bed or walk or anything. I found massages on the lower back helped a little and warm baths. She was dropped for 11 weeks before she was born.

what about heat packs do they help any??

I don't think you're supposed to use them while pregnant.
