Heartburn plus cramping :(

I have HORRIBLE heartburn today and NOTHING is helping I have NO money to my name and have to wait til my boyfriend comes back to go get anything   im also having bad cramps, feeling kind of like menstrual cramps, and lower back cramps.. I've already tried Tylenol and that doesn't work.. Gotta love the last weeks of being pregnant! LOL any suggestions on how to relieve any of these symptoms?? Thank you!

The pain is on and off but has been lasting for a couple hours, Im 38 almost 39 weeks

Honey sounds like to me you are in labor =) I would call the boyfriend and go to the hospital to be sure!

I bet you are having contractions. Try and time them if you can. You might want to call L&D and let them know what is going on.
