My poor baby girl :(

So i took my daughter to the walk in clinic today to findout that she a mild infection in her lungs and an eye infecting, he gave me medicine for her to get better, has anyone else been through this, shes only 3 months old and i have no idea how she got sick, and how long will it take for her to get better?

wheezy, conjested. and stufy nose basically everything from a common cold, and she would prob feel hot but no fever.
