Daughter has a seizure disorder..Son on the way...

My two year old daughter has a seizure disorder and has had one since she was about 9 months old. I think I finally have a routine with her meds and how we handle her, play with her, and "punish" her when she does wrong.. Will it stress her out and cause more seizures with her brother being born anytime? How would I split my time up so neither one is getting left out.

that is a good question. Maybe having another little one around will keep her interested . If she is taking meds . . I dont see why having another little one would cause her more seizures . All you can do is try your best mamma

I worry because even though she is on meds... anything... and i mean anything triggers them. like falling... fussing to long... not sleeping enough... stuff like that and we still deal with seizures. they are bad enough to have us stay in the hospital for a few days on moniters EVERYtime she has a serious one which is about once or twice a month...
