What should I do?

My friend H has a little girl (Ryleight). I've had my suspicions that she hasn't been taking care of her little girl. And something that happened yesterday has me concerned. My MIL ran into H and Ryleigh at the grocery store and H said she was concerned that Ryleigh was sick. She said she isn't keeping her formula down and she feels warm, but that she hasn't taken her temperature, because somebody used the thermometer and she won't use it on ryleigh... So she told MIL that she was gonna have her mom pick up ryleigh.
Well I just texted H's mom and she said Ryleigh is running a fever, but she doing fine. I'm worried that H's mom isn't taking care of Ryleigh either, because H had an ovarian cyst burst and H's mom left her sleeping on a friends couch so she could get high...
I'm just concerned that Ryleigh isn't being taken care of. What would you do?
I mean I feel like there's nothing I can do, but I figured you ladies may have an idea of something I can do.

Call CPS and make an anomalies complaint. If its nothing , they will determine that.

That's what I really think I'm going to do. I love my friend, but her child's life is more important to me.

Call CPS if you feel like you need to.

Is the only reason why you think she's not taking care of her is because she didn't take her temp? I'd call CAS & file an anonymous (sp) complaint and let them handle it if you feel the need to.

No, she's pawned her daughter off on her mom since day one. She's in my opinion abandoned her daughter and when she has her child she stays at her BF's house, who happens to be in trouble for possesion of narcotics, marijuana, and mollypaper. He also has chargers for assault and battery on his ex girlfriend and recently threw something at her and things got physical.

Wow! Then yes, I would definitely call CAS.

Okay I know what molly is (I've been in the rave scene nearly half my life) but have NEVER heard it called mollypaper... must be regional. lol
