  im so sorry you're going through all this mama. I don't know what to say or what you should do, but just know I'm thinking of you and hoping you find out what needs to be done.

When you talk to your lawyer tell him/her everything! Don't leave out any details. You will get more information from your lawyer then any of us know. Good luck! And keep us updated. Also if you don't have a job by now then it would be in your best interest to get one.

I have great news though... My two neighbors told me they would have no problem testifying. We've lived here together two years and the police have been called a dozen times. The neighbor called the police one time when he pushed me through the glass door. It was loud and my son was screaming mama. They said they would do anything to help me and that they've been there to witness and hear for two years. She told me she never tried to approach me before because she was scared that he would beat me.
