Just letting everyone know and this is not spam! there have been people contacting members of bg's family over posts. This is unacceptable and immature. The post said do not quote and some have taken it as their responsibility to copy and save a post and try to use it against people by contacting their family! YOU ARE NOT GOD and should stay out of peoples lives. For those who are involved I have contacted the police with all the saved info on there and action is being taken. Just because it is the interent you are not safe thinking you will not get in trouble ip addresses are traceable.

I have emailed mods about this and no action was taken so I involved the police

This is the internet... Once something is posted on the internet, it's hard to take back...Whether or not "do not quote" was specified.

i posted the other day something personal that my family already knew. I knew i would get bashed for it but for someone to take it upon theirselves to think it was okay to contact my family.

I'm glad you're taking action. Smurf CAN be done about it. Internet bullying/harassment isn't anything to smurf with anymore. I had my family contacted a few years ago over some bullsmurf and just had my SO contacted a few months ago, and never pursued anything legal because I didn't think anything could be done about it. You SHOULD be doing something about it, so kudos.

Can I just ask a question? Why are you hiding behind a second account rather than from your origional one? Also, multiple accounts are a bannable offense. You might want to consider contacting Mara on this. It is after all her site.

As you said, ip addresse are traceable and your other account can be located.
