I hate just waiting around right now to be able to go see her   I wish they would come get us so we can at least go up there for a little bit.

Anyone else have 36 weekers? How long were they in the NICU if they went.

I didn't have a 36 weeker but I wanted to tell you congrats and I hope she gets out of the nicu soon.

My sister just had her baby boy at 36w 6d yesturday!!

I hope you get to take her home soon!
Do you guys have everything ready for her or were you waiting till the last minute?
I feel like I need to make sure everything is ready by 30 weeks because I don't want to take the chance of the baby coming a little early and not having anything ready.

No we got everything early cause I had preterm labor with my son.

My sister was born at 36 week's but didn't need to go to the nicu. Her finger prints weren't fully developed though. I hope she comes home soon.

Congratulations. I am sorry you are not able to see or spend any time with your LO yet that would be awful. =( Hope you get to see her soon.

Its been like 3 hours since they took her and we havent been told anything really   I just wish they would tell us something or let us go see her.

The Dagonator was born at 35 weeks 3 days (weighed 5 lbs 11 oz) and spent 12 hours in NICU to make sure he was ok...he was and we got to see him. Congrats on your new LO. =)

I had a 36 weeker because of Pre-E and he weighed 4lbs 14oz. They took him immediately and I couldn't see him for 2 or 4 hours later, I can't really remember. He was in the NICU because he wasn't breathing right for a little over 24 hours and then had to be under the lights for jaundice but he allowed in my room for that. The waiting does really suck. The good thing with me is they let me go see him whenever I wanted those 24 hours. It's strange to me that they won't let you see her, I would be demanding some answers. I hope your little one doesn't have to stay there very long and you get to see her soon. She's beautiful btw! Congrats!!

DD1 was born at 36 weeks. She was in the NICU for a week. She only weighed 4lbs 4 oz when she was born and they wanted to make sure she gained weight before they let us take her home.

Congrats and she is a cutie (and big for 36 weeks- at least compared to mine lol).

My son Was born at 33 weeks we saw him for maybe five mins and then he was taken to chkd nicu ...35 mins away I didnt see him for two days due to hospital stay...it was very hard. He stayed in nicu three weeks and came come at 4lbs 1oz best of luck to you and lo and congrats

Congratulations on your baby girl! I had a 36 weeker and he didn't spend any time in nicu - I hope you get to see her soon (even better, get to have her in your room...)
She is beautiful and a very healthy weight :-)
