baby carrier ergo

posted 13th Sep
Do you have one? Do you like it. I have a Moby but I want something easier for outings. What sizes and ages is it good for? Where can I get one for cheaper? Tia.

I just bought a authentic one off eBay, 66.00! I like my 30 pound 2.5 year old likes it. I'm hoping the newborn will. I also have a moby that my son didn't want to be in after 10 months old.

It's good for newborn to 40 or 45lbs. I don't have one, but I desperately want one. So does DH.

Yeah ds didn't want carried after he started walking at 10 month but he loved the Moby when he was little. I still plan on using it but I think something else might be easier when running to the store etc.

So it does work well for newborns then? Because I know a lot of carriers don't. But I hear really good thing about the ergo.

He loves the back position in the ergo, but loves to pull my hair as well.   being 24weeks I can't carry him now in it anyway.

I love mine. I loved it with a newb, didn't need a newborn insert, just used a rolled up blanket in the bottom.

Awesome! This really helped thanks ladies. I am hoping Dhabi will use it as well because he refuses to use the Moby. And with a newborn and an active 18 month old we are going to need free hands lol.

Sean did not like babywearing, so I mostly did it myself. It was easier, not needing to adjust from a petite 5'3 setting to a broad 5'11 setting, honestly.

I don't mind the adjusting. I think it is good for him to do things like baby wear. he is a great dad and loves the kids but I think he needs a little more bonding with them when they are little since I BF and cosleep and he sleeps on the couch pretty much every night so they are very attached to me for the first part of their life. He would carry Ds in his arms all day no problem kissing and rocking and hum to him the whole time but it isn't going to be so easy with this one. Like I said we are going to have a 18 month old when this baby is born and he is very demanding lol.

I loved mine while using it for my youngest. I used it until she was 20 months?
Though i did pay a lot for it on diapers.com
I know i could have used it longer than the 20 months but she had no control over her body weight so getting her into it by myself became almost impossible!
