This is still going on lol.....my opinion is...simply if it's a little girl's face smooshed against a shower door and you can't see anything besides that...what is so inappropriate about it? Nothing else is being shown and quite frankly her parents have the right to take a picture of their child doing this if they want, and post it if they want...plain and simple it's not sexually explicit. Child molesters and nasty creepin peepers don't necessarily look for pictures like that...them sickos like little children in general, it can be any picture.

I wouldn't report the picture.
