How old should i stop bathing my daughter?

Single dad here. Jenny just turned 10. She showers on her own and has for a while. But, when its bath time, she needs help getting her back, hair, etc. Should I say no? Or will she stop asking when she gets self conscious?

She'll let you know when she wants to do it on her own!

i think she will let you know when she can do it herself  

teach her how to use a back scrub brush thingy. She should be able to wash her own hair

This and even after that I would make sure she got all the soap out of her hair.

my daughter is 8, almost 9 and i have to help her with her hair b/c its so curly, shampoo gets stuck in it. but you can buy one of those loofas on a stick thing(lol) and she can wash her back herself that way

When its uncomfortable for either of you honestly. It should be based on both of your comfort level, there is no right or wrong time. There is nothing wrong about bathing with your child.

Honestly it's fine as long as she is ok with it. But you can encourage her to do it herself.

Well I personally think it's weird that you're in there with her. Helping her from outside the bath is one thing but getting in with her at that age is a little off...

If shes uncomfortable then stop.
