Oatmeal. & Mothers Milk Tea

Being a Expressed Milk Feeding Mom I have no choice but to take Fenugreek capsules at least three times a day, eat oatmeal every morning , and now I'm thinking of purchasing Mothers Milk Tea any of you guys use this?? Did it increase milk supply?? What kind of oatmeal do you buy.. I'm currently on McCanns Steel cut Oats and its okay expensive stuff tho..

I used it but i cant saybit helped that much but the fenugreek worked. Do you have a whole foods store? They sell mother love milk plus.. Its a tincture of fenugreeek and blessed thistle and other herbs.. It helped me ALOT but its like 25 bucks a bottle

Never heard of this.. Is it a Tea??? And 25 bucks is well worth it for the cause.. How do you take it?? Whole foods as in Whole foods the super market if thats what you mean there is one not too far away

The Motherlove More Milk plus capsules worked great for me. I ordered mine online but you could get them from a health food store too.

Its like a liquid you do droplets.. Like 3 ml a few times a day or something.. Its just a super duper concentrate of herbs made into a liquid..





You know i have some that i wont be needing anymore along with mothersmilk tea. Id be willing to ship it to you.
