I need advice

Long story short,my husband and I split in March and I have had our daughter in my care since up until Labor Day weekend when he picked het up for his visitation. He refused to return her until we went to court. Well,that was yesterday. He had 13 affidavits from his family saying I'm unfit and don't care about my kids. My attorney was shocked he got temp custody. He also took pics of my old home as I was moving, saying it was filthy, yadayadayada. Has this happened to you and how do I go about proving to the courts he's a liar? He said he and his mother have raised my daughter since she was born and if it were up to him,he'd take my boys too!! Help me please!!!! I get visitation 2&4 weekends of the month and am ordered to pay CS

That's not even YOUR home..it's his dump..why are you getting punished for him bringing you to live in a dump?! AND you moved out...gah, the whole situation pisses me off for you...

You need to get affadavits from everyone and anyone you can either showing youre a good mom or he's a bad dad. Take pictures of your new place. Your attorney needs to make a HUGE deal out of this and get it back into court asap.

That is really smurffy...I also learned the hard way to make sure you have the custody agreement before you hand the child over   Its going to be a long fight especially now that he's put his foot in the door first and the ball in his court even if it is false allegations. As for proving it to the courts the only thing would be to have all the crap he's submitted dismissed somehow. Its probably going to take a lot of money and a good lawyer. So sorry for you GL.

I know!! I'm a great mom! Im getting all my family and Lances counselors to write an affidavit and subpoena the rest!!

Tell them you want CPS or someone court ordered to come out and check things for themselves. Not all the he said she said bs.

Teachers, daycare, babysitters, friends, family etc. Can you turn any of his friends on him?
When BD started trying to screw me over a few of his friends took my side because they knew he was screwed up.

Also do you have doctors EOBs or shot records...that way you can show them she was in your care. Heck I'd just go get a copy of her medical file because any form you signed will be in there.
