Tonight i baked a few chicken breasts, seasoned them lightly with what ever i wanted. Boiled up whole wheat penne pasta. Chopped up the chicken, threw it in with the pasta after i drained it. Then added a jar of Bertolli Garlic Alfredo sauce (it's with the spaghetti sauce at the store.).. It was simple and the pasta and chicken are good for ya, the sauce is 100 calories per serving.
