CSA

So I got a phone call from the CSA today I'm going to be receiving £235 a month from BD which is good

However the CSA have now told me that they can't back date BD what he owes LO since April that he promised to put away for him every month and even wrote in a solicitors letter to me and my solicitor stating that's what he would do. Has anyone else tried to get Back payment of their BD if so what did you do? We were think of going through the smalls claim court to ensure he gives it to LO what do you think?

That sucks! I don't have that problem but I should think you should be able to get it back through small claims courts or a least some of it, especially when you have proof in writing.
I know someone that managed to get some back but you may have to weigh up whether it will cost you more in legal fees.
