I spent a lot of time yesterday doing location research as well. If you want to use real places that you haven't been to, I found city-data.com to be a helpful site. I knew about where I wanted my settings to be and that I wanted them to be very small towns, and it was easy to find on that site. Plus some of them have pictures  

I hate names too. Lets pick each other's character names lol. My main character's name is Naomi. I have a love/hate relationship going with it right now

and right now, my main character's name is Romie (jeromie... her parents were hippies in my first draft of the story, but now they're not...) and her last name was Tate. But now I am wanting to swap her name with one of the lesser characters, Madison (maddie) and I was thinking Gale for the last name...

I actually think Madison Tate sounds really good! I like Gale too though lol

Right now my two main characters are Naomi and Lucas. I loooove the name Lucas, but I go back and forth on Naomi. Her name was originally Rachel, but then my sister pointed out to me that I use too many names from the show One Tree Hill so I changed it. Neither of them have a last name yet.

ETA: I just googled that and Naomi Price is the name of the priceline negotiator girl lol and Naomi Rusell is a porn star!!!

Someone suggested Price last night in another thread and I liked it. I was really thinking about using it.

I get mad bc I literally can only think of celebrity names. I'll sit here like, "Naomi... Naomi... Naomi Campbell!" Then I face palm lol

I just googled Madison Gale.. there are no celebrities with that name... there are a bunch of Madison Tate's on fb, but no celebrities that I can find (no porn stars either). there is a jeromie tate that goes to school in Tulsa lol, but no jeromie gale's. no romie tate or romie gale either
