blood?

So yesterday when i went the obgyn i got told my blood was 0- and i may need the rhogam shot around 7 months ? i really dont understand much about this and what exactly is it for? if anyone knows more about it please leave your opinion. Im kinda worried about this.

If you have negative blood, and your baby has positive blood it can be bad.

Im O- as well and have had the shot during my 1st pregnancy and after my son was born. I also had it this pregnancy and will get another after this baby is born. As long as you get the shot you will be fine.

your blood type is Rh -, as + is more dominant baby is more likely to be + so the injection is to prevent your body rejecting the babies blood. Its nothing to worry about as long as you get both injections
