Quoting Nigel Thornberry:" This sounds about right. I love my daughter but trust me you don't want to miss out on your teen years, it sucks. "

I was lucky enough to have a man that stood around and did the "right" thing, so I was able to enjoy my teen years and finish school on time and college. BUT most girls at this age are Oh so in love and end up being a single mom.

Before you start trying at such a young age sit down and think about all the factors of being a mom and having a child and such a young age. Maybe talk to someone who has been a teen mom. I had my son at 19 and it was not easy even at that age.

Also BG sadly does not have many supportive people, more know it all bitches anymore and most wont support this or give you advice, they will only talk crap and judge you when they dont know you, so be careful about these topics, good luck in your journey. i hope it turns out how your hoping!

You want some feedback?

Finish school and get a job, a stable relationship, and live on your own making your own money before spreading your legs, using your baby maker, and popping out a child you can't support on your own, and becoming another statistic.

What's your MOM think of all of this? I'm sure she's just brimming with pride.

Quoting 3 little girls:" At that age you should never TTC... i was 14 when i had my first child, 18 for #2, and 20 for #3. None ... [snip!] ... a day that goes by that my husband and i struggle to take care of them. We both have part time jobs and it still isnt enough!"

Of course not.

I'm curious to hear what awesome/stable/great job you can have at 16.

And how a 6 month contract (that her BF has) means that he can't get fired after 6 months.

I don't understand.....are you married? Do you own a home? Are you done with all of your schooling? Do you have a stable job? Insurance? Reliable vehicle?

If not, then why are you TTC?? You have your whole life ahead of you. Both of my pregnancies were unplanned and I can tell you, even at 23, I am not fully settled for parenting and it is really hard, but I do my best with what I have and know that someday I will have everything together. That being said, even in my current situation where I have a good job, vehicle, living with my SO, etc., if I did not have kids I would DEFINITELY not be TTC because I still need to become a homeowner, straighten out my credit, get health insurance, and complete my college education.

Long story short, no matter what you WANT, I think it's selfish for you to be TTC when you are not completely ready to take on a child.

Your losses are tragic. But you're 16. Quit trying to get pregnant and enjoy your youth.

im only 21 and im due any day now and i wish i had been more careful and a little older and more financially stable... my bf and i can support a baby and pay the bills but its still going to be hard... just go babysit for a couple of hours and satisfy that baby craving.... getting pregnant so young is not the way to go.

I make decent money where i work, but my husband doesnt. My point was jobs are hard to come by and with what we have its hard.. at 16 its going to be even more hard to find a great job!
