Understandable...I may be against drugs and abortion but I believe people all over the world all have their own struggles and I try not to judge...all I am going to say about the original question is if that's what she thinks is best then that's what she should do, no one can tell you what is best but yourself. I can't comment if its selfish or not because its not my place to say since I don't like the thought of either drug use or abortion, but no one should be making that girl feel bad about herself...if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all:-)

OP I wish you the best in whatever decision you make. You have a very bumpy road ahead of you and that will be very difficult but you can come through this. Make the best decision that YOU think is right. Try to get some help for your addiction. I myself, have never had an addiction but I have many family members who do, and its a heartbreaking thing to see a person suffer from, but you can get through it, I wish you all the best of luck, take care.
