I am breastfeeding , on my right boob the bottom right half of it is engorged , no matter how much I pump , its still engorged and its been killing me all day ! anyone know whats wrong ? its only that little side !!
You may have a clogged duct, or the beginning of one.
When you nurse the baby, position his chin toward the clogged spot. That will direct the strongest sucking there.
Also, get in the shower with hot hot water running on your breasts. Lay a washcloth over the breast for a few mins. Then take your hand and massage the boob starting all the way down to the rib cages up toward the nippledo it in a circular fashion,
